Born and raised in Paris, Texas, Amy Haage has deep roots in the community she proudly serves. A 1993 graduate of North Lamar High School, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Texas A&M University–Commerce. In 2004, Amy completed her real estate education through Champions School of Real Estate and spent four years helping clients buy and sell homes before pursuing a second calling in education.

In 2009, Amy earned her teaching certificate and spent the next decade at Everett Elementary, teaching 2nd grade and PE, an experience that sharpened her communication skills, patience, and heart for helping families. Her passion for real estate eventually pulled her back, and she now brings the best of both careers into her role as a dedicated REALTOR®. Amy is licensed in both Texas and Oklahoma, proudly serving clients across state lines with the same professionalism, integrity, and community focused approach she is known for.

Amy has been actively involved in Lamar Leadership, Kiwanis, and currently serves as an ambassador for the Paris Chamber of Commerce. Outside of real estate, she is a certified personal trainer who loves staying active. She is married to Darryl Haage, and together they have one daughter. Their favorite adventures include beach vacations and cruising as a family.

Kim Ross started in the real estate industry in the property management area for personal and 3rd party investors' rental properties. She has been part of the United Country | AltaTerra Realty and Auction team since 2016 as a Realtor and auctioneer, primarily focusing on premier properties. Her previous experience in the service industry allowed Kim to set goals for herself and her team and successfully report measurable results at the management level. This experience has also helped her succeed in the real estate and auction industry with her clients and the entire AltaTerra Realty and Auction team. Kim understands the complexity of listing and selling multi-million-dollar properties ranging from luxury country homes to agricultural properties; the experience and skills she has gained throughout the years has allowed her to be successful year after year. She also helps manage benefits programs and fundraising events in and around Paris.
